@sambone5407 I would say “no longer work out barefoot” after I dropped the kettlebell on my left foot, which destroyed it completely and it had to be amputated above the knee..

    Kidding

Actually, it’s not a cannonball, it doesn’t fly like one either. Even if you are slower than most people you still have ple-e-enty of time to realize that you dropped the kettlebell and it about to land on your foot and therefore to remove the foot from the landing area.

You sir, are a beast. I’m guessing you don’t work out barefoot.

@PabloG129 Welcome to the sport! Everything I know about kettlebells I learned from Mike Mahler. He is one of the greatest instructors when it comes to kettlebells- with his detailed explanations and ability to break down every exercise into smaller meaningful and logical pieces. I would never be where I am right now without his course! Good luck in your path to the new body and new abilities!

The link is under the video.

I want to thank you Nikolay for inspiring me! After watching your videos I went to your link and ordered Mahler’s Aggressive Strength DVD. It changed my life! Not only Mike shows the exercises, but he also breaks everything down and explains every detail so even for a beginner it’s very easy to master all the moves and techniques! I already lost 7 lbs and it’s just a beginning! Soon you will be watching my videos on YouTube! Thank you again!

This is great stuff. I love the raw outdoor training. It reminds me of the stories Arnie used to tell of going into the woods with his mate and squatting logs all day!
